Yifang story
The Yifang story began with a young girl, Yifang, who was married to a young farmer. He toiled in the pineapple farm all day long, and out of love for her husband, Yifang would braise the overripe pineapples into fruit jam, and whisk up a big jar of thirst-quenching, cooling pineapple water everyday for her husband.
This has become the signature 100% Natural pineapple jam base used in Yifang Fruit Tea recipes. It is grandma Yifang's classic recipe passed down from generations, painstakingly braised and stirred by hand into a refreshing drink without any artificial flavour or additives. Simply put, every sip is made with love.
Our ingredients
The Yifang Taiwan Fruit Tea comes from the local tea gardens of Mingjian, Lugu and Sun Moon Lake. They provide tea to the shops in Taiwan Providence, and direct delivery to the shops in overseas. The total tea production area has reached 140 hectares and is ranked No 1 in the world.
